We specialise in beautifully handcrafted Christmas decorations made with thoughtful attention to skin tone, eye colour, hair texture, and body type — because everyone deserves to see themselves reflected in the magic of the holidays.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY DECORATIONS?
To keep your decorations looking their best year after year, handle them with care and store them safely in a dry place when not in use. We recommend gently wiping them with a soft cloth if needed — avoid harsh cleaning products or soaking them in water.
CAN I CUSTOMISE MY DECORATIONS?
At the moment, we do not offer customisation. Each piece is designed with careful thought and detail, celebrating a wide range of tones, textures, and styles that reflect the beauty of real people.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Orders typically arrive within 2–3 business days in the UK. During the busy festive season, delivery may take a little longer, so we recommend ordering early to make sure your decorations arrive in time for Christmas.
CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
